Mail Robots

Add A New Robot

1. Press the "New Mail Robot" options from the main menu.

2. Give the "Mail Robot a Name" this will become mailrobot part of the e-mail address mailrobot@yourdomain.com.

3. Give the full "send copy to" address. This is the e-mail account that will actually receive the message sent

4. Type in the subject line of the e-mail to be sent back out.

5. Type in the full body of the e-mail address the be sent out.

6. Press the "add" button.

Modify A Robot

1. Press the "modify" button for the selected Mail Robot.

2. Edit the required fields.

3. Press the "modify" button to accept the changes.

To Delete A Robot

1. Press the "delete" button for the selected autoresponder.

2. Press the "confirm delete" button.
